Refund policy

1. OVERVIEW
At CorporateGiggles.com, we want you to love what you ordered. Each product is made just for you, and we aim for every experience to feel personal and smooth. If something is truly off, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at help@corporategiggles.com if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’re here to help.


2. RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Returns and refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags (if applicable).

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. All other product returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.


3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin a return request, email help@corporategiggles.com with:

1️⃣ Your order number
2️⃣ The reason for your return
3️⃣ A photo (if the item is damaged or defective)

We’ll respond with return instructions.

📌 Return shipping:
We’ll cover return shipping if your item arrives damaged or if we've sent the wrong product.


3B. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For EU customers: you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

✔ Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
✔ A receipt or order number is required.

To exercise this right, email help@corporategiggles.com with your order number and request for cancellation.

🚨 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is incorrect or defective.


4. REFUNDS PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected:

✔ If approved, we’ll begin processing your refund within 5–7 business days and apply it to your original payment method.
✔ If we need more information or are unable to approve the refund, we’ll reach out and explain next steps.

🚨 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was on our end.


5. EXCHANGES
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Because each item is made to order, we don’t offer traditional size exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, you may return your item and place a new order.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo and we’ll work with you to make it right.


6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund hasn’t shown up after 7 business days:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider (processing times vary).

  • If it’s still not there, email help@corporategiggles.com.


7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

✔ Your order number
✔ A photo of the issue
✔ A short description of the problem

We’ll send a replacement or process a refund based on the situation.
