Shipping policy

1. OVERVIEW
At CorporateGiggles.com, our goal is to ship your order as smoothly and promptly as we can. Every item is made to order, which means it’s produced just for you once the purchase is placed. This shipping policy outlines how that process works and what to expect.


2. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are typically produced and shipped within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST are processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or customs (for international orders).

  • You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

  • Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 (U.S. only).


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking info within 4 business days, feel free to reach out:

6. DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t arrived:
✔ Check with neighbors or your building’s front desk.
✔ Wait 24–48 hours, as packages may be scanned early by the carrier.
✔ Still no luck? Contact the shipping provider or email us — we’re happy to help.

If your item was lost in transit or returned as undeliverable:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping info are non-refundable, but we’ll issue a refund for returned packages (minus shipping).

  • If the carrier is at fault, we’ll help you start a claim.


7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship worldwide, where permitted.

  • Customs fees, duties, and VAT (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility and are due upon delivery.

  • Customs clearance can delay international delivery — please check with your local office for more details.


8. DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If something arrives broken or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✔ Your order number
✔ A photo of the issue
✔ A short description
We’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.


9. HOLIDAY SHIPPING
During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), production and shipping may take longer. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.
